Seven steps to stressed-out kids.

Every parent wants the best for their child. The problem is how we’ve defined “best.”
2 in 3 Indian children are put under academic pressure so intense it leaves them prone to depression, anxiety, and mental fatigue.
Horlicks has always stood for child health and growth. But growth isn’t just physical. So we asked: what if the brand took a stand against the pressure culture that’s making children sick?
The idea was to use the language of the enemy. A satirical parenting guide, formatted like a legitimate self-help document, that methodically listed every toxic thing Indian parents inflict on their children in the name of success.
Compare them to Sharma Ji’s son. Never relent. Repeat until they pass out.
Seven steps. Delivered deadpan. The joke lands because every Indian reader recognises it immediately, and then feels the discomfort of recognition.
The real argument was buried in the fine print, where it belongs: It’s time exams stopped leaving a mark on childhood.
The payoff: Give stress a rest. Horlicks.
